WEEK 51: Sparky And Sharky

HEY Y'ALL

We had a good week this week! This area is full of miracles and it is so fun to work here.

It's the last week of the transfer, so we had final district councils this week. This transfer has gone by in the blink of an eye, and it is crazy! I've learned so much, and will be staying here as an STL for another transfer.

We had some struggles finding members to fellowship at our lessons this week, but we were still able to meet our goals and we found quite a few new people! We also had a friend show up and surprise us at church, by telling us that he wants to be baptized and take the missionary lessons again! His name is Destry, and he is really cool. Our friend Mike also came to church for the second week in a row! It's always a lot of effort throughout the week to help get our friends to church, but it's also very rewarding when you see them walk in and the ward members just take them in and love them. We might have a few miracles coming our way, but that is still To Be Determined... Please just pray that we will be able to meet our goal of Baptizing monthly in this area, and that we'll find progressing people!

I just want to reiterate how much the Lord provides! I feel like I talk about this every week, but I am just amazed at the way the Lord brings all things together to work for your good when you choose to act in faith and go all in with what the Lord has asked you to do. I've seen miracles both in the work and in my personal life that have shown me how active the Lord is in my life. He really is preparing the way for His work to be accomplished! He always provides a way.

P.S. We have two geckos that live inside our doorframe, and they are named Sparky and Sharky. We love Sparky and Sharky.
